ខេត្តកណ្តាល៖ ក្នុងឱកាសអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ពិធីប្រកាសចូលកាន់មុខតំណែងអភិបាល នៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តកណ្តាល នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅសាលាខេត្តកណ្តាល ឯកឧត្តមអភិសន្តិបណ្ឌិត ស សុខា ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ បានជំរុញឱ្យអភិបាលខេត្តកណ្តាលថ្មី ពង្រឹងអភិបាលកិច្ច និងការធ្វើទំនើបកម្មរដ្ឋបាលប្រកបដោយសមត្ថភាពខ្ពស់ ខ្លាំង វៃឆ្លាត និងស្អាតស្អំ ដើម្បីរួមគ្នាបន្តថែរក្សា ពង្រឹងសន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាពនយោបាយ សន្តិសុខ សណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់សាធារណៈ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍខេត្តឱ្យកាន់តែមានការរីកចម្រើន ស្របតាមយុទ្ធសាស្តបញ្ចកោណ ដំណាក់កាលទី១ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល នីតិកាលទី៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំដ៏ប៉ិនប្រសប់របស់សម្តេចមហាបវធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីនៃកម្ពុជា ។

ឯកឧត្តមអភិសន្តិបណ្ឌិត ស សុខា បានសម្តែងនូវការកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះឯកឧត្តម គង់ សោភ័ណ ដែលបានខិតខំសម្របសម្រួល ដឹកនាំការងាររដ្ឋបាល និងការអភិវឌ្ឍខេត្តកណ្តាល ក្នុងរយៈពេលដែលឯកឧត្តម កាន់មុខតំណែងជាអភិបាលខេត្តកណ្តាល អស់រយៈពេល ៤ឆ្នាំកន្លងមកនេះ និងបានសម្តែងនូវការអបអរសាទរ កោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះឯកឧត្តម គួច ចំរើន ដែលពេលនេះ ឯកឧត្តម ត្រូវបានតែងតាំងជាអភិបាលខេត្តកណ្តាល។

Kong Sothea for his efforts to co-ordinate, lead the administration and development of Kandal province over the past four years and has expressed his congratulations, appreciations and appreciation for H.
